The damped outrigger system is in widespread use as a damping modification for tall buildings that provides high additional addition to the bending back effect against core. However, while enhanced seismic performance of systems was confirmed previous studies all over world, general-purpose optimal design method focusing on modal ratios has not been established yet. This paper proposes an damper kit composed first mode ratio oriented policy, simple equations damper-connection stiffness maximize ratio, machine learning model estimate natural period and ratio. tenability ratio-oriented policy by performing complex analyses single quad incorporating linear viscous dampers assigning realistic values trusses. characteristics were developed based large number analytical results. proposed made available web application-based tool.
